  *3 egg, 3 slices of bacon
  *diet cranberry juice

Lunch
  *3 cheese and chicken deli meat roll-ups

Dinner
  *beef with mushroom gravy
  *green beans

Snack(s)
  *sf jello

Feeling/Mood:
Emotionally - I'm feeling pretty good this morning...very positive about my eating plan. Although, I'm trying not to let the "AF bloat" get me down since it's got me up almost 5 pounds this morning.

Physically - My allergies are bugging me so I feel kind of yucky in my head. Stuffy nose but keep sneezing. I started spotting on Saturday, so AF has been playing hide & seek for a few days. I think AF is officially here this morning...here comes the bloat! Oye.
